The KonMari Philosophy & Method
Most tidying methods advocated a room-by-room little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever. The KonMari (Tidying) Method, however, encourages tidying by category not by location. People around the world are being drawn to this philosophy over recent years, not only due to its effectiveness, but because it places significant importance of being mindful, introspective and looking forward.
Marie Kondo
Marie Kondo is the author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, Kurashi at Home, Spark Joy and star of the blockbuster Netflix show Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. Her process for de-cluttering and organising, is a new way of thinking about your home and life.

Tidying Festival
A Tidying Festival is a once-in-a-lifetime special event to transform your home once and for all. It consists of a series of hands-on Tidying Sessions in your home where we work collaboratively together. These sessions follow the principles of Marie Kondo’s KonMari (Tidying) Method and provide the guidance and support you need to transform your home into a space of joy and serenity, one category at a time.
First, we focus on identifying and keeping only the items which spark joy for you, then we store and organise everything, so it is easy to access and maintain your space.
Tidying Packages
- Nadir (starter)- suitable for small homes or units with 1-2 bedrooms/12 hours $550 (+GST)
- Omphalos (Standard)- suitable for homes with 3-4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms + study/24 hours $1092 (+GST)
- Apogee (absolute) - suitable for large homes of 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms + study/36 hours $1638 (+GST)
**Payment for tidy festival packages is due at the time of booking.
Category Tidying
If you are not ready or do not wish to have a complete home tidy but would like a category tidied such as:
- Clothing (wardrobes)
- Komono (Kitchen pantry and drawers/ Bathroom vanities/Laundry cupboards)
- Books or Papers (Study or desk)
I also offer an hourly rate of $50 (+GST). To tidy these categories is 3 to 5 hours.
Donations
I will co-ordinate your donations and give you storage advice.
Storage Solutions
The purchase of storage solutions is an extra cost (chances are, you may have everything you need).
Travel
I am based in Dubbo, NSW, Australia. Travel of more than 145km is not available. Fuel expenses will be costed at a small rate if residing more than 25km from Dubbo.
